Keratoderma associated with internal malignancy. Skin changes tend to precede discovery of the neoplasm by a few months, and metastasis is usually present at diagnosis. Keratodermas have been associated with carcinomas of the esophagus, lung, breast, stomach, pancreas, kidney, bladder, colon, blood, and skin.
