In preparation for the upcoming New Year’s feast, I’ve updated my kimchi mandu recipe, which was originally posted in January 2012, with new photos and an improved recipe. Kimchi dumpling filling. Typically, kimchi dumplings are filled with a mixture of kimchi, pork, tofu, bean sprouts, onions, and scallions.
