Nov 23, 2019 · The blamer, in claiming that it’s always someone else’s, or something else’s, fault, always has an excuse. S/he isn’t interested in learning from their mistakes, and being better at what they do. By refusing to see their part in a problem – thereby avoiding the pain of being wrong – they render themselves incapable of improvement.
