WebRecording fees for the following documents: • $34 for the first two pages ( new fee effective 10/17/19) • $8 for each additional page. • The fee for each marginal notation is $4. (Of these fees, 50% is the basic recording fee and 50% is the Ohio Housing Trust Fund) • Affidavits. • Amendments, Consolidations, Name Change.
