Unity - Manual: Meshes introduction
https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/mesh-introduction.html
You can add meshes to a Unity project in the following ways: Create a mesh as part of a model in a 3D modeling program, then import it. Create a mesh directly with in-Editor tools. Create meshes with code, either at runtime or in the Editor. Use the Poly Shape tool to create a custom 2-dimensional shape and then extrude that shape into a 3-dimensional Mesh. Use the experimental Bezier tool to define a bezier curve around which ProBuilder extrudes a Mesh. Use the custom Shape tool to enter a sequence of points (X, Y, Z coordinates) that define whatever Mesh shape you require. You can use the Poly Shape tool to create a custom 2-dimensional shape and then extrude that shape into a 3-dimensional Mesh. ...
