Feb 16, 2021 · I suggest trying a soft factory reset (the kind that keeps your games and apps installed) so that the most up to date version of the store can better mesh with the Xbox dashboard. Nov 09, 2019 · It definitely sounds like you have a glitch or minor bug happening. You may want to try a soft reset of the console.
