Oct 31, 2013 · For me Zone diet means getting all of your calories in your diet in a Nutritional Balance of 40%-30%-30%. That means 40% from Carbohydrates, 30% from Protein, and 30% from Fats. No, that is using ratios, which is very much out dated and of no use, and no doubt eating far too little in dietary fats, I would suggest reading the stickies and figuring out a proper diet.
