Feb 11, 2015 · Answer. AL. Alemaker1. Replied on February 11, 2015. Found the answer : turned off Windows Update Service and then on using an administrative command prompt and it worked !! net stop wuauserv. net start wuauserv. then tried re-installing and it worked fine !
